Shipping
Free shipping on every order, anywhere in India. No minimum order value.
Orders are dispatched from New Delhi and typically arrive within 4–15 days of the order date. You can follow your parcel any time on the Track My Order page.
Paying on delivery
You can pay cash on delivery. To confirm a COD order we take a ₹29 booking amount up front.
- The ₹29 comes off your total. If the piece is ₹899, you pay ₹29 now and ₹870 to the courier at your door. Your total is still ₹899.
- There is no separate COD fee on top.
- The ₹29 booking amount is non-refundable if the parcel is refused at delivery. It covers the cost of shipping the order out to you. If you accept the parcel, it has already been deducted from what you pay.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only. We do not accept returns and we do not issue refunds.
- Exchanges must be raised within 4 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are for pieces that arrive damaged or incorrect.
- The piece must be unused and in its original condition, with all tags, packaging and the numbered seal intact.
- Sale pieces are not eligible for exchange.
To raise an exchange, email support@theanneaux.com within 4 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the piece and its packaging. We will confirm the exchange and arrange collection.
Cancellations
An order can be cancelled any time before it is dispatched. Once it has shipped it cannot be cancelled, and refusing the parcel forfeits the ₹29 booking amount.
