POLICY
- All returns must be postmarked within four (4) days of the purchase date. Only damaged or wrong product received by the customer can be returned. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Products bought in sale cannot be returned
- Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled, for any sort of cancellation mail us at support@theanneaux.com
- For any return, mail us at support@theanneaux.com with high resolution pictures of the product. We will replace the item for you with store credit of the same value or higher.
- After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your store credit. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return, exchange or cancellation. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement(only if the product is not available after payment), depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
